Tickets

How do I get tickets?

Once tickets are on sale, they will be available through our website at tickets.hammondairshow.com

Where can I stay for the weekend?

Area hotels offer plenty of options for places to stay. Explore the Tangipahoa Parish Tourism website to find more information on local hotels.

Will there be VIP seating as in years past?

Hammond Northshore Regional Airshow will provide dining tents with plenty of tables and chairs instead. 

Can I use my Sunday reserved tickets on Saturday instead?

Tickets are good for a single-day entry.

Can I upgrade my General Admission tickets once I get there?

There are no ticket upgrades. All tickets are General Admission - no VIP tickets.

Do you offer military, teacher, student, child, group, or senior citizen discounts?

The best time to buy a ticket is now in order to take advantage of reduced pricing. Ticket prices will increase at the gate on the day of the event. No other discounts will apply.  

Are the shuttle buses really free with my ticket?

Yes, the shuttle bus is provided for free transportation from designated parking areas. Find shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off zones on our event map.

Will tickets be refunded in case the show is cancelled?

Our current policy stands, and no refunds will be offered for any reason.


Parking

Where do I park?

Two lots are available for on-site parking to the north and south of Hwy 190. Those with pre-paid parking tickets should use the parking lot north of Hwy 190. The cost to park in the designated lot on the south side of Hwy 190 on the day of the Airshow is $20.

How much is parking?

The cost of parking is $20.00. Purchase a pre-paid parking ticket here, once tickets are on sale.

Where do I park if I don’t have a pre-paid parking ticket?

Paid parking is near the ticket entry gate on the South side of HWY 190 for $20.

Are the shuttle buses really free with my ticket?

The shuttle bus is free.

How do I get to the Airshow?

Hammond Northshore Regional Airport is located off of Highway 190 at 600 Judge Leon Ford Dr, Hammond, LA 70401.

Can I fly into the Airshow?

Yes, please arrive before TFR and do not leave until after TFR. 

Is there Handicapped Parking?

Yes, at the terminal off of Judge Leon Ford Drive.

Is there Motorcycle Parking?

Yes, in the paid on-site parking lots.

Can we watch the show from our car in the parking lot?

What, and miss out on the fun? 10 out of 10 would not recommend! 

Can I go out to my car and re-enter the Airshow?

Yes, on an as-needed basis only. 


What Should I Bring?

Can I bring a lawn chair or blanket?

Yes, see here for an approved list of what to bring.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No. The only exception is baby formula. Please refer to this page here for an approved list of what to bring.

Can I bring weapons or a firearm to the airshow?

No.

Can I bring a scooter/wheelchair/golf cart?

Wheelchairs and mobility scooters for handi-capable patrons are allowed. No golf carts will be permitted.

Why the restrictions on coolers, large bags, and totes?

No outside food/drink. Please support the local restaurants and nonprofits who are the food vendors.

Can I bring a stroller or wagon for my kids?

Yes. Please refer to this page here for an approved list of what to bring.

Are cameras allowed?

Yes. Please refer to this page here for an approved list of what to bring.

Are drones allowed?

No. Please refer to this page here for an approved list of what to bring.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed. However, certified and trained service animals will be allowed. Please refer to this page here for an approved list of what to bring.

Do vendors and concessions take credit cards?

Yes, many vendors will accept credit cards. However, some may choose to accept other forms of payment such as cash, Apple Pay, Venmo etc. ATMs will be available on site.

Is there an ATM machine on the site?

Yes. Visit our site map to see where to find ATMs


What Is the Event Like?

Can you give me a schedule of acts?

Our upcoming schedule is coming soon.

Is the show the same for both Saturday and Sunday?

Yes, the acts and attractions will be the same for both show dates.

Do I have to buy a ticket for both Saturday and Sunday?

If you want to attend both days, then you need to buy a ticket for each day.

Will there be shade or cooling stations?

Yes, there will be dining tents with tables and chairs provided.

Can I meet any of the pilots?

You can meet the pilots in the performers pit. Buy a program or a poster and have it signed!

Do I need hearing protection (ear plugs)?

Earplugs are recommended, especially for younger children.

Is the show handicap accessible?

We will have handicap accessible restrooms.

What happens if the show is canceled due to weather?

The event will only be canceled due to conditional weather--for example, a Hurricane Warning. If the event is canceled on Saturday, but not on Sunday, we will honor all tickets on Sunday. Since both day’s schedules mirror each other, you will not miss any acts.

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Hammond Northshore Regional Airshow you grant permission to utilize your appearance and voice in connection with the current marketing campaign in any and all manner and media throughout the world in perpetuity. You agree that your participation in the campaign may be edited at the sole discretion of Hammond Northshore Regional Airshow. You expressly release Hammond Northshore Regional Airshow and its agents, employees, licensees and assigns from and against any and all claims which you have or may have for any cause or action arising out of the production, distribution, broadcast, or exhibition of the campaign.
