Submit proof when the business/organization was formed and permanent address. Submit a roster of officers, including their address and phone number. Submit a completed application to the booth chairman. Submit EIN number used by the business/organization with the application. Submit a COMPLETED Louisiana State Tax Form R-1048 and maintain a copy in the booth at all during the Hammond Northshore Regional Airshow (HNRA) Submit a copy of the business/organization’s Louisiana Business Filings report from the Louisiana Secretary of State’s website (https://coraweb.sos.la.gov/commercial- search/commercialsearch.aspx). Business/Organization must be in good standing. Sign a waiver for liability coverage per HNRA Insurance carrier.

NO vehicles will be allowed on airport property from Thursday, September 17, 2020 through Monday, September 21, 2020. Each space will be marked by size paid for and each booth MUST be inside those marks or you will be required to move the booth. If you are not sure, please ask the booth chairperson before set-up. All booths are allowed to start construction on Friday, September 18, 2020. Trailers are allowed into staging area at this time too. All booths must be completed by Saturday, September 19, 2020 by 9:00 a.m. All tents must be securely fastened with ropes and weights that are clearly protected and marked. The tents will be on concrete so stakes will not work. Limited staging area available for supplies will be accessible on Saturday, September 19, 2020 from 6:00 am until 9:30 am and Sunday, September 20, 2020 from 6:00 am until 9:30 am. You MUST have a field pass to access the staging area. Each vendor is responsible for their own golf cart to transport supplies. Booths can not be dismantled before 5:00 pm on Sunday, September 20, 2020. Each business/organization is responsible for the removal of the booth and all left-over material. Failure to clean up will result in a fine. All booth and panel boxes MUST be removed by 10:00 pm Sunday, September 20, 2020. Security is provided should you decide to leave your set-up overnight. However, HNRA is not responsible for theft or damages.
Must display the name of the business/organization and booth number. Vendor must supply their own tent, ice chests for drinks (food vendors). HNRA will provide ice and beverages for purchase. Must have weatherproof throw or circuit breaker box installed at the rear of the booth approximately 6 feet off the ground. Receptacles, breakers, wiring, and lights will be the business/organization’s responsibility. Must have a 5 lb ABC fire extinguisher (if booth is using butane). Booths using water must have a holding tank, NO water is available on the grounds for use. Waste from cleaning pots, utensils, etc. cannot be discarded on the ground or in the ditches. NO private port-o-lets will be allowed in any booth serving food items. Each booth is responsible for trash cans for their booth. All booth items are to be sold in the confines of your rented space and no one is allowed to solicit their products in the front or on the outside of their booth. Nothing can be served in a glass container. Each booth volunteer MUST obtain their credentials and parking passes Tuesday, September 15, 2020 through Thursday, September 17, 2020 from the Hammond Regional Airport.
