From the moment the gates open to the final flyover, it takes a village to bring an airshow to life. This October, we’re inviting YOU to be part of the behind-the-scenes magic that thrills thousands of spectators and keeps everything running smoothly.

Why Volunteer?

Volunteering at the airshow isn’t just about helping out; it’s about being part of the action. Whether you’re guiding guests, helping with parking, helping in the Kid Zone, selling merchandise, or supporting pilots and performers, you’re making a direct impact on the event’s success. If you do not prefer a certain area, just sign up to be a general volunteer and our team will put you where we need you most! Plus, you’ll get to experience the excitement from a unique, insider’s perspective.

When and Where Can You Help?

Our volunteer opportunities are as flexible as they come. You can:

• Pick a single shift on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
• Choose your favorite area based on your skills and interests
• Or go all-in and hop around all day—the more, the merrier!

Who Can Volunteer?

Volunteers must be 16 years or older to participate. You can volunteer solo or round up a team from your family, work, church, or your favorite organization to support the Hammond Northshore Regional Airshow together! Bring your energy, enthusiasm, and readiness to help, and we’ll provide the rest.
